They say it's impossible to grow anything on the surface. There's still too much radiation, not to mention the radweeds.
But you have a hoe, a handful of potatoes and a surface farming guide.
Take the elevator to the surface and see what you can do.

this game concept and style is really cool, I like the feel of it as well as the music and sound effects... however IDK if I am just dumb or what but I cannot get the watering can lol.. I start by growing some of the potatoes but then I never have enough money to afford the watering can to help them grow and be sold?
Thanks for spotting this, I managed to put a fix in before the deadline - plants now dry out less often in the early game.
